Join UsThe National Society Daughters of CSA Officer Corps is a hereditary society for women who can prove lineal or collateral ancestry to a CSA commissioned officer of the Army or Navy 1861-1865, a surgeon, a chaplain, an appointed or elected civil government official, or a member of a secession convention. Honorable service is required and proof of all service must be provided. The following forms must be used to apply for membership:
